ContestaRockHair presents “GRAFFITI CANVAS“, the exhibition by ninjaz which, hosted by CRH ALBERO during April 2014, is currently  on show at CRH CECIONI in Florence.

ninjaz bio:

Vincenzo Di Martino, alias “ninjaz” born in 1986. An eclectic and creative Florentine artist, protagonist of the Tuscan art and music scene. The founder of “NUMA CREW” in 2005, an electronic group characterized by dubstep and drum&bass rhythm that received several international rewards. In the meantime he develops his pictorial path among the historical clubs of Florence, creating in 2006 the free artists’ association “FUNCOOLCOLOR” with whom he receives the first commissions from Florence and other Communes nearby. In the same year he starts his own handcrafted screen printing production and founds the “8HERTZ”, proposed to be a “communication brand”. In 2007 he continues his handcrafted production through the project and realization of “B00BS” prototype (an adaptor of Long Play Records) in polyurethane resine. In 2007-2008 the electronic project “NUMA” lives its exploit and reaches the underground ambiance of the whole country and of a good part of Europe; known are the concerts in Rome, Milan, Palermo, Catania, Verona, Padua, Turin, Naples, Berlin, Bucarest, Timisoara, Canaries, Seville, Salonicco, Sofia, Amsterdam and London. Actually Numa crew produced 7 LP on vinyl under the label Elastica Records, sold all around the world and characterized by the collaboration with several international artists like Africa Unite, Casinò Royale, Asian Dub Fondation, Zion Train, Tenor fly, DUB FX etc. His multitasking artistic activity allowed him to consciously handle more than one technique, like music, painting, resine sculpture, illustration and graphic communication, serigraphy and tattooing.
